🎼The Hills Are Alive....🎶

When we woke up this AM and heard rain, I decided to roll back over and hit snooze. Little did I know we would see all that we did today. God is so good! He created this beautiful world and we are blessed to call it a temporary home.
Today we drove our "tiny car" from Interlanken Switzerland to Meersburg Germany. At first I was dreading the 4 hours of traveling, but I had no idea we would be blown away by how beautiful it was.
There are little houses that are almost like huts with no power, that people can just build because it's public land, so you don't have to pay for the land.
I don't know about you but I could wake up to that view everyday (ok maybe on vacation) and not need power.
The photo above is one of the most beautiful of the day! I could have sat and looked at that area forever. I feel like it could be a post card. If this was in the U.S. it would be a "tourist" destination instead of keeping the beauty of the land.
All along the drive we kept seeing fields of yellow that were very pretty. We didn't know what they were, so after googling it, we found out they are called rape seed, which is what canola oil is made from. Who would have known. They also only grow in May.
