Prague and David Black

The drive to Prague from Munich was about 3 hours. It wouldn't have been too bad except that there was no AC or air on the bus at all! 

As the sweat poured down my back and I attempted to make it better by fanning the brochure in the seat pocket, I was able to look out the window and see some pretty views of the rape fields.

 Once we arrived in Prague and finally got off that God Awful bus, we took the tram to the hotel and checked in. We stayed at the Motel One, which is the same chain that we stayed in while in Munich. It's kind of like the Holiday Inn of Europe. 

We have really enjoyed this chain of hotels. The rooms have everything that we need and the locations have been pretty close to everything we want to do. 

After settling in the hotel we decided to go out and explore. We walked up the road to the old town square and stopped at a few shops along the way. 

Below our hotel there was a Beer Spa, which I was not sure what it really was, but after reading the billboard and seeing the picture I think I have a full understanding of what a Beer Spa really is. 

So apparently it unlimited beer while getting spa procedures. Sounds like a spa for dudes if you ask me.

We also found this interesting sculpture by an artist named David Black. There are many controversial sculptures in Prague by this artist. This one is a pregnant lady and if you crawl up between her legs you can look up into her womb. It's a little strange. 

Another controversial sculpture of David Black was the peeing guys. 

Today they were being fixed but normally they swivel and pee. The puddle they pee on is shaped like the Czech Republic and the men are represented the Nazis. 

The last controversial sculptor is the babies. They are in many different locations across the city. 

They are very large and they don't have faces but instead a bar code. 

The barcode represents that we are all just a bunch of numbers in the governments eyes instead of all of us being individuals. It's said that if you rub the babies butt you will become pregnant within a year max.
