Looking back on the last few months there have been so many changes in my business that have lead up to DIQ.
1. I held 4 large events with 12+ guests at each and scheduled follow up career chats with whoever would allow me to from each event.
2. Changed my mindset into realizing it's not what the potential recruit can do for my business but how I can help
Them with their business and what MK can do for them.
3. Assuming everyone wants to be a MK consultant.
4. BE THE BEST CONSULTANT I CAN BE!!!
When I think of why I want to be a Director I am reminded by my why. My Mary Kay why is to help others grow into the best version of themselves and to provide for my future family. I know that MK is an amazing vehicle to get me to both of these goals. I have some amazing new faces on my team and I'm so thankful to help them along their journey.
At Career Confrence in Cincinati, I was able to get my "taste" of a Cinderella moment by crossing the stage as a Future Director. It was so exuberating.
